The team handles complex deals across semiconductors, network infrastructure, cybersecurity, enterprise and consumer software, artificial intelligence, fintech, defense-tech, and healthcare technology. This is a position for an experienced associate with a strong track record in corporate M&A.

The work:

• Lead or support large-cap M&A for Fortune 500 and scaling tech companies
• Manage due diligence, documentation preparation, and closing processes
• Provide strategic counsel on deal structure, risk allocation, and negotiation
• Work with clients on acquisition targets and strategic alternatives

What they're looking for:

• Minimum 2 years of M&A experience in corporate practice at a comparable law firm
• Proven track record managing complex transactions from start to finish
• Strong negotiation and analytical skills
• Comfort working independently and taking on responsibility
