A leading global-platform firm is hiring a mid-level M&A associate in New York. The role covers corporate and M&A work for public and private clients. You would take primary responsibility for drafting and for running discrete parts of live deals.

The work:

• Represent buyers and sellers on mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures
• Draft and negotiate transaction documents and ancillary agreements
• Run due diligence and coordinate cross-border and specialist input
• Advise clients on general corporate and governance matters between deals

What they're looking for:

• Three to five years of M&A experience at a comparable firm
• Ability to manage workstreams and supervise junior associates
• New York bar admission or eligibility
