Join a leading Magic Circle M&A practice across New York, Dallas, and San Francisco offices. This role is for mid to senior-level associates with strong transaction experience who want to work on high-profile corporate deals alongside top-tier clients.

The work:

• Advise on complex mergers, acquisitions, and dispositions
• Handle joint ventures and consortium transactions
• Draft, review, and negotiate transaction documents
• Represent clients in public company deals, special committee matters, and take-private transactions
• Manage significant deal components independently and lead aspects of complex transactions

What they're looking for:

• 5+ years of M&A experience at a law firm
• Demonstrated deal leadership or significant contributor role
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills
• Client-facing confidence
• JD from an accredited law school
• Compensation: $225,000-$435,000 based on experience
