The work:

• Advise technology and life sciences companies on mergers and acquisitions
• Draft and negotiate transaction agreements
• Manage due diligence and disclosure matters
• Coordinate with specialists across practice areas
• Build client relationships throughout transactions

What they're looking for:

• 3–5 years of M&A transaction experience
• Demonstrated ability to manage transactions from origination through closing
• Strong drafting and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong academic credentials
• Full-time commitment to M&A practice
