M&A Associate, Multiple US Locations · Top International Firm

A top international firm is hiring corporate and M&A associates across several of its US offices. The role is open to associates from the class of 2024 through more senior candidates. The group handles public and private acquisitions, private equity deals, and related corporate work for buyers, sellers, and sponsors.

The work:

• Draft and negotiate purchase agreements and the ancillary documents that sit around them
• Run diligence and coordinate specialist teams across a deal's workstreams
• Manage signing and closing mechanics on private and public transactions
• Advise on corporate governance and general corporate matters between deals
• Take on responsibility that scales with seniority, up to leading workstreams

What they're looking for:

• A 2024 call or more senior, with corporate or M&A transactional experience
• Solid drafting and deal-management skills
• US bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction
