The practice handles acquisitions, dispositions, and investments for technology companies on both private and public deals. The role suits an associate who wants concentrated deal work and some choice over where to sit.

The work:

• Buy-side and sell-side M&A for technology clients, private and public
• Drafting and negotiating purchase agreements and the related ancillary documents
• Running due diligence and coordinating specialist teams across tax, IP, and regulatory
• Advising on deal structure, conditions, and closing mechanics

What they're looking for:

• A mid-level associate with hands-on M&A transaction experience
• Admission in the relevant state, or eligibility to register
