Vault Top 10 firm that runs a distinct Career Associate program for lawyers who want substantive, sophisticated litigation work without partnership track intensity. This role pairs an experienced litigator (7+ years) with active caseloads, focusing on e-discovery and civil litigation support.

The work:

• Research, legal writing, and discovery document drafting
• E-discovery project management and execution
• Deposition and trial preparation
• Case team support and pleading and motion writing
• Managing competing priorities in fast-paced engagements

What they're looking for:

• Seven or more years of civil litigation experience
• Demonstrated strength in discovery workflows and e-discovery
• Strong writing and research skills
• Attention to detail and organizational capability
• Ability to work efficiently across multiple matters
• Outstanding interpersonal skills and communication
