Litigation Associate, Yakima · Regional Litigation Firm

This position is with a regional law firm building its litigation practice. The role offers meaningful independence on complex matters while working alongside experienced attorneys in a collaborative setting.

The work:

• Lead significant aspects of litigation independently while coordinating with senior colleagues
• Manage discovery phases, including written discovery requests, depositions, and expert consultant coordination
• Draft pleadings and pre-trial and trial motions
• Contribute to case strategy on complex litigation matters

• 5-7 years of litigation experience with demonstrated strength in discovery and motion practice

Compensation ranges from $121,000 to $162,000 annually, with non-discretionary bonuses of up to $60,000 per year (for reaching 1,400 billable hours) and additional discretionary bonuses available.
