Litigation Associate, Wilmington · Vault Top 15 Firm

Vault top-tier litigation practice seeks a 2nd-3rd year associate for its Wilmington office, focusing on corporate litigation in the Delaware Court of Chancery and related matters across Delaware courts.

The work:

• Complex commercial litigation in Delaware courts, with emphasis on Chancery Court matters
• Advise financial sponsors and strategic buyers/sellers on litigation aspects of complex transactions
• Discovery, motion practice, and comprehensive client counseling on high-stakes disputes
• Manage multiple matters simultaneously in deadline-driven environments
• Support on corporate governance and transactional disputes

What they're looking for:

• 2-3 years of corporate litigation experience with Delaware Chancery Court focus
• Delaware Bar membership required
• Strong academic credentials and excellent legal writing and research skills
• Judicial clerkship background strongly preferred
• Experience with private equity and M&A transactions valuable
• Ability to prioritize, manage multiple matters, and communicate proactively
