A regional law firm's Wilmington office is filling a litigation associate position focused on commercial disputes. You'll support the business litigation team handling matters across the commercial spectrum, working on everything from case development through resolution.

The work:

• Provide legal support across commercial litigation matters
• Conduct legal research and develop case analysis
• Prepare court filings, motions, and legal memoranda
• Interact with clients and fact witnesses
• Contribute to litigation teams managing multiple concurrent matters
