You'll handle bid protests, contract disputes, and compliance matters affecting government contracts. The role involves advising clients on litigation strategy, drafting pleadings, managing discovery, and conducting investigations related to contract disputes and securities issues.
The work:
- Litigating bid protests and government contract disputes
- Advising on contract compliance and regulatory requirements
- Supporting investigations involving contract claims and securities matters
- Drafting motions, briefs, and legal memoranda
- Conducting legal research and due diligence on complex contract issues
- Working directly with partners, clients, and opposing counsel
What they're looking for:
- 1-3 years of legal experience (classes of 2023-2025)
- Government contracts litigation experience preferred
- Strong academic record and analytical writing skills
- Partnership-track commitment and collaborative approach
- DC bar admission required within one year
