Leading commercial litigation firm seeking a mid-level associate to join its dispute resolution and commercial litigation practice in Washington, D.C. You'll handle all phases of complex commercial litigation alongside experienced trial lawyers in a high-performing team.

The work:

• Manage all phases of complex commercial litigation from inception through trial
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and discovery responses
• Take and defend depositions; prepare witnesses and trial strategy
• Handle matters involving digital assets, corporate governance disputes, business divorces, and insurance coverage and recovery claims
• Work independently and collaboratively on sophisticated, high-stakes matters

What they're looking for:

• 4–5 years of litigation experience in law firms or clerkships
• Barred in Washington, D.C.; exceptional academic credentials
• Strong analytical and writing skills with oral advocacy capability
• Experience with both plaintiff and defense-side litigation preferred
• Proactive mindset and strong commitment to professional development
