The work:

• Represent global companies and major Japanese multinational corporations in complex commercial disputes and litigation
• Handle class action defense, product liability, and mass tort litigation matters
• Draft pleadings and briefs on class certification and summary judgment motions
• Conduct depositions, oral arguments, and expert interviews
• Advise clients on litigation strategy and dispute resolution in Japanese and English

What they're looking for:

• 3-5 years of class action defense experience, product liability litigation, or mass tort/MDL practice
• Strong legal writing and oral advocacy skills
• Experience with California Unfair Competition Law
• Native, fluent, or business-level Japanese language proficiency preferred
• Current state bar admission or eligibility to waive in
