A Vault top 10 firm's Silicon Valley and San Francisco offices are hiring litigation associates to start in 2026 and 2027. The position targets early-career lawyers with a judicial clerkship or strong academic foundation who want meaningful work from day one.

The work:

• Handle litigation matters with hands-on responsibility
• Draft memoranda and legal documents
• Conduct legal research and analysis
• Work alongside senior litigators on complex disputes
