Litigation Associate, San Francisco · Vault Top-Tier Firm

Mid-level or senior litigation associate with 3 to 6 years of experience. You'll work across a range of complex disputes in federal and state courts.

The work:

• Prepare and conduct depositions
• Draft and argue motions and pleadings in federal and state litigation
• Manage discovery processes, including drafting requests and responses
• Supervise junior staff and manage case budgets
• Handle document review and design document review protocols
• Conduct legal research and appear in court proceedings
• Maintain an active pro bono practice

What they're looking for:

• 3 to 6 years of litigation experience
• Demonstrated experience with all aspects of discovery
• Track record drafting and arguing motions in federal and state courts
• Case management experience, including team supervision
• Strong academic record and bar admission in California
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Commitment to pro bono work
• Ability to work independently and in collaborative teams
