The work:

• Draft and argue motions, briefs, and appeals on sophisticated legal issues
• Take and defend depositions
• Prepare cases for trial and manage trial execution
• Oversee and mentor junior associates
• Manage cases from discovery through resolution

What they're looking for:

• 3–6 years of litigation experience
• Proven success on motions and trials
• Deposition and trial preparation experience
• California State Bar membership in good standing
• Ability to mentor junior team members
• Strong academic background preferred
• Salary range: $215,000–$350,000 per year based on experience
