Mid-level litigation associate position at a firm with strong commercial litigation focus. You'll handle complex commercial disputes in New Jersey state and federal courts, with substantial client-facing responsibility from an early stage.

The work:

• Represent clients in complex commercial litigation matters across New Jersey state and federal courts
• Manage discovery, motions practice, and build case strategy
• Work directly with partners and senior associates on strategy and client development

What they're looking for:

• 2-4 years of litigation experience
• New Jersey bar admission required; New York or Pennsylvania admission is a plus
• Prior judicial clerkship valued but not required
• Strong legal research, writing, and communication skills
