Litigation Associate, Phoenix, Arizona · Vault Top 30 Firm

Vault Top 30 firm seeking an experienced litigation associate to join its commercial practice. This is sophisticated, complex commercial litigation work with a focus on high-dollar matters. You'll develop expertise in all phases of litigation, from case strategy and discovery management to trial preparation and deposition work.

The work:

• Draft legal briefs and memoranda addressing complex issues
• Conduct legal research and analysis for commercial disputes
• Prepare for and conduct depositions
• Manage discovery processes including document review and production
• Prepare trial materials including witness outlines and exhibits
• Work directly with clients on case strategy and analysis
• Collaborate with a litigation team spanning multiple offices

What they're looking for:

• 4 to 7 years of litigation experience
• Strong writing and analytical skills
• Experience with complex commercial litigation
• Case management and discovery experience
• Arizona bar admission required
• Strong academic credentials
• Law Review/Journal or clerkship experience preferred
