A Vault Top 10 firm is expanding its litigation practice in Philadelphia. This position offers an entry point for a litigation associate joining after completing a 2026 judicial clerkship. You'll work on complex commercial litigation and products liability matters, handling cases across state and federal courts with direct responsibility for significant aspects of each engagement.

The work:

• Complex commercial litigation in state and federal courts
• Products liability case management and litigation support
• Legal research and memoranda on substantive issues
• Document review, discovery, and case strategy development
• Motion writing and court appearances

• Judicial clerk with strong academic credentials
• Excellent legal writing skills and attention to detail
• Evidence of intellectual engagement: law review, moot court, or equivalent
• Interest in complex commercial and products liability work
• Ability to take responsibility from day one

Compensation: $225,000 to $310,000
