A major Vault-tier law firm in New York is hiring a litigation associate to work on civil matters across the full spectrum of practice, from pleadings through trial and appeal.

The work:

• Drafting and responding to complaints, motions, and other pleadings
• Managing discovery processes and producing written submissions
• Motion practice and legal brief writing
• Trial preparation and appellate work
• Legal research and memoranda

What they're looking for:

• 3 to 5 years of litigation experience at a law firm
• Thorough grounding in all phases of civil litigation
• Strong legal research and writing skills
• Excellent academic credentials
• New York bar admission or eligibility
