Litigation Associate, New York City, NY · Established Commercial Litigation Practice

A commercial litigation associate role in New York City handling a range of business disputes including breach of contract, partnership conflicts, and business torts. You'll manage matters from pre-trial discovery through trial preparation, working with experienced litigators.

The work:

• Managing all phases of pre-trial discovery, document production, and e-discovery
• Conducting depositions and drafting related motions
• Preparing pleadings and pre-trial briefs
• Developing case strategy and appearing in court

What they're looking for:

• 3-4 years of commercial litigation experience
• Demonstrated courtroom experience; trial experience is strongly preferred
• Excellent academic background and research skills
• Strong analytical, written, and oral communication abilities
• Bar admission in New York
