Litigation Associate, New York · Am Law 50 Firm

Am Law 50 firm seeks litigation associate for its New York office. The healthcare practice represents hospitals, health plans, digital health companies, and their institutional investors in complex commercial disputes, government investigations, and regulatory enforcement actions.

The work:

• Represent healthcare and life sciences clients in commercial litigation and arbitration
• Handle False Claims Act and similar anti-fraud matters in disputes and investigations
• Support enforcement action defense and internal investigations
• Develop litigation strategy from negotiation through trial
• Work on matters involving healthcare regulatory issues

What they're looking for:

• 3-5 years of law firm litigation experience
• Substantial background in complex civil litigation
• Experience with False Claims Act and healthcare regulatory matters (preferred)
• Top-tier law school graduate
• Active New York State Bar member
• Strong writing and verbal communication skills
