The work:

• Oversee your own cases from start to finish in professional liability, tort and liability defense, and insurance coverage
• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery documents with careful deadline management
• Participate in depositions, hearings, and trials
• Develop case strategy in partnership with senior attorneys
• Conduct legal research and prepare case memoranda
• Maintain regular communication with clients on case developments

What they're looking for:

• 4-6 years of civil litigation experience in state and federal courts
• Demonstrated trial experience, deposition skills, and ADR exposure
• Strong motion-drafting and advocacy capabilities
• Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school
• Active New Hampshire bar license (Maine, Vermont bar, or equivalent UBE score a plus)
• Self-directed professional with excellent writing and communication skills
• Competitive compensation ($120,000–$140,000 based on experience)
