Litigation Associate, Multiple US Locations · Global Litigation Firm

Join a global litigation firm with substantial practices across multiple U.S. offices. This role offers exposure to all phases of commercial litigation, from inception through trial.

The work:

• Drafting pleadings, motions, and legal documents
• Conducting legal research and supporting motion practice and hearings
• Managing discovery requests, responses, and depositions
• Taking and defending depositions
• Assisting with trial preparation and attending trial
• For more senior candidates: managing various aspects of commercial suits from start to finish

What they're looking for:

• Two to six years of prior experience at a top-tier firm and/or federal judicial clerkship
• Florida Bar admission
• JD from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials
• Demonstrated writing ability with samples of your own advocacy work
• Research, organizational, and communication skills
• Courtroom and deposition experience preferred
• Healthcare or managed care litigation experience is a plus but not required
• Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities

Compensation is competitive with peer firms and varies based on experience and qualifications.
