Litigation Associate, Miami, FL · Global Law Firm

A top-tier global law firm seeks a junior to mid-level litigation associate for its Miami office. You'll work on domestic and international commercial litigation with significant exposure to Spanish-language matters.

The work:

• Conduct legal research, draft motions and briefs, manage discovery
• Coordinate with local counsel on multi-jurisdictional cases
• Handle document review and deposition preparation
• Represent clients in court and deposition settings as experience grows
• For senior candidates: manage the end-to-end lifecycle of commercial lawsuits from initiation to resolution

What they're looking for:

• 1-5 years at a top-tier firm and/or judicial clerkship
• Fluent Spanish (essential)
• Florida Bar admission
• JD from accredited law school with strong academic credentials
• Exceptional research and writing skills
• Self-starter who manages competing priorities and works well under pressure
