Litigation Associate, AmLaw Global 100 Firm. You'll work on complex civil litigation across industries nationwide, from early-stage motion work through trial. The role includes drafting briefs and motions on sophisticated legal issues, conducting legal research, taking and defending depositions, and supporting trials and appeals in both state and federal court.

The work:

• Drafting motions and briefs on complex litigation (motions to dismiss, summary judgment, class certification)
• Legal analysis and research on sophisticated issues
• Depositions and trial preparation
• Appeals and writs work
• Broad range of industries and clients

What they're looking for:

• 3-5 years of litigation experience
• Trial and deposition experience preferred
• Judicial clerkship experience a plus
• Virginia Bar admission required
• Excellent writing and research abilities
• Strong analytical and advocacy skills
