The work:

• Discovery planning, implementation, and management
• Drafting pleadings, motions, and briefings
• Conducting and preparing for depositions
• Managing case teams, budgets, and staffing
• Legal research and expert coordination
• Court appearances and oral arguments
• Pro bono representation

What they're looking for:

• 2-5 years of litigation experience
• Demonstrated motion and pleading drafting experience in state and federal courts
