The work:

• Research and draft motions, briefs, and appeals on complex legal issues
• Take and defend depositions in client matters
• Prepare cases for trial, including legal strategy and trial materials
• Engage with clients directly on litigation strategy and case developments
• Manage concurrent matters with attention to detail and tight deadlines

What they're looking for:

• 2–4 years of hands-on litigation experience
• Active membership in the Florida Bar
• Strong legal writing and research capabilities
• Trial or deposition experience preferred
• Ability to work collaboratively in-office three days per week
• Excellent organizational skills to juggle multiple matters
