Litigation Associate, Houston · Vault Top 50 Firm

A nationally recognized construction and litigation firm seeks a litigation associate with 3+ years of experience for its Houston office. The firm serves corporate clients and contractors throughout the country on complex construction disputes.

The work:

• Construction litigation including mechanics' liens, payment disputes, and lien enforcement actions
• Delay and disruption claims, defective design disputes, and related construction controversies
• Drafting pleadings, conducting discovery, handling motion practice, and preparing depositions
• Trial preparation and independent management of litigation tasks
• Direct client interaction and relationship development

What they're looking for:

• Texas bar license with 3+ years of construction or commercial litigation experience
• Proven ability to manage matters independently
• Track record handling mechanics' liens and construction payment disputes
• Strong client service orientation and business development mindset
