Litigation Associate, Houston · AmLaw 100 Firm

Commercial litigation associate role at AmLaw 100 firm. Your work will focus on complex commercial disputes in the Houston office. You'll manage cases through trial, handling discovery, depositions, and litigation strategy.

The work:

• Manage case discovery and handle depositions
• Conduct legal research and draft motions and pleadings
• Prepare cases for trial and manage case strategy
• Interact directly with clients on case status and strategy
• Support trial preparation and court proceedings

What they're looking for:

• 2-5 years of litigation experience
• Law school graduate from a nationally recognized program
• Strong legal writing and analytical skills
• Litigation experience including trial preparation
• Texas Bar admission required
• Familiarity with discovery practices and deposition procedures
