A leading national litigation firm is expanding into Fort Lauderdale. This associate role combines hands-on litigation work with direct client responsibility.

The work:

• Drafting pleadings and routine motion practice
• Managing written discovery exchanges
• Taking and defending depositions
• Direct interaction with clients and opposing counsel
• Independent case management for assigned matters
• Exposure across commercial, corporate, and specialized litigation areas

What they're looking for:

• 3-5 years of litigation experience
• Florida bar license required
• Strong legal writing and communication skills
• Law firm experience or completed judicial clerkship preferred
• Background or demonstrated interest in health care or construction litigation valued
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple client relationships
