The work:

• Handle discovery and draft motions and pleadings on behalf of clients
• Represent clients in federal court litigation, including complex and high-value matters
• Prepare for and conduct depositions
• Interview key witnesses and develop case strategy
• Prepare for trial and participate in court proceedings

What they're looking for:

• 2-5 years of litigation experience
• Strong legal writing and analytical capabilities
• Proven skills in discovery, depositions, and courtroom advocacy
• Excellent academic credentials
• Texas bar license required
• Preferred: background in complex litigation, construction disputes, or energy law matters
