Litigation Associate, Dallas · Established Litigation Practice

Established multi-office law firm seeks litigation associate with 3-4 years of experience. You'll support attorneys in the business litigation group, handling complex commercial disputes and developing your advocacy skills on matters from case initiation through trial.

The work:

• Handle complex commercial disputes and business litigation matters
• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis
• Draft motions, briefs, and other litigation documents
• Manage case administration and maintain client communications
• Support trials, depositions, and discovery
• Develop litigation strategy with counsel

• 3-4 years of litigation experience
