Litigation Associate, Chicago · Vault Top 10 Firm

A top-tier international law firm seeks a midlevel associate for its Chicago litigation practice. You'll work on substantive disputes with clients, developing expertise in litigation strategy and legal analysis.

The work:

• Handle litigation matters involving depositions and oral arguments
• Conduct legal research and write memoranda on complex issues
• Prepare discovery and pleadings for court proceedings
• Work with senior attorneys on case strategy and client meetings

What they're looking for:

• 3-4 years of law firm litigation experience
• Prior deposition and oral argument experience
• Strong academic credentials
• Excellent writing, analytical, and organizational skills
• Illinois bar membership
• Ability to manage matters independently with supervision
