• Commercial litigation matters across various industries
• Real estate litigation and disputes
• Client representation in negotiations and litigation
• Legal research, writing, and pleadings
• Court filings and strategy

• 3-10 years commercial and/or real estate litigation experience
• New York bar admission, in good standing
• Excellent legal research and writing skills
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Strong communication and sound judgment
• Preference for top-tier firm background
• Long Island base

Compensation: $200,000-$400,000 based on experience.
