Litigation Associate, Atlanta · AmLaw 100 Firm

An AmLaw 100 firm's Atlanta office seeks a litigation associate to handle complex commercial and business disputes. You'll work with experienced attorneys on state and federal litigation, appeals, and regulatory proceedings for corporations, agencies, and individuals across various industries.

The work:

• Managing motion practice, depositions, and trial preparation in commercial disputes
• Handling state and federal litigation including appeals and regulatory proceedings
• Representing clients across diverse industries in business and technology matters
• Assisting with federal and appellate court matters and regulatory proceedings
• Supporting litigation strategy and case development

What they're looking for:

• Two to seven years of commercial or business litigation experience
• Demonstrated competence in motion practice, depositions, and litigation support
• Technology or intellectual property litigation experience preferred
• Georgia bar admission
• Excellent academic credentials and strong written and verbal skills
