Litigation Associate, Albany, NY · Leading Upstate New York Firm

A commercial litigation associate role at a prominent Upstate New York firm. You'll work on contract disputes, shareholder conflicts, real estate litigation, and creditor/bankruptcy matters alongside partners and senior associates in a collaborative, mentoring environment. The work:

• Developing litigation strategies with team and clients
• Drafting pleadings, motions, and appellate briefs
• Managing all phases of discovery, including e-discovery and depositions
• Preparing and appearing at trials and other court proceedings

What they're looking for:

• 2-6 years of law firm litigation experience, or a combination of law firm and judicial clerkship experience
• Strong research, analytical, and writing skills
• Bar admission in New York
• Sound judgment and ability to manage cases effectively
