Litigation Associate (3rd-4th Year), New York · National Litigation Firm

A major national litigation practice is hiring a mid-career associate to work on complex commercial disputes. You'll handle all aspects of litigation from investigation and discovery through motions practice and trial, while developing client relationships.

The work:

• Full litigation lifecycle including fact investigation, discovery management, and witness preparation
• Drafting pleadings, motions, and trial briefs
• Motion and trial practice support
• Settlement negotiations and agreement preparation
• Client development and matter management

What they're looking for:

• 3-4 years of litigation experience at a major law firm
• New York bar admission in good standing
• Strong academic credentials and writing skills
• Ability to manage multiple matters and meet demanding deadlines
• Commitment to developing expertise in commercial litigation
