Life Sciences Licensing Associate, Washington, DC · Vault Top 10 Firm

A Vault top 10 firm seeks a licensing associate with 3-4 years of experience to join its Life Sciences practice.

The work:

• Drafting and negotiating intellectual property licenses (patent, trademark, technology)
• Structuring joint development, collaboration, and strategic alliance agreements
• Technology licenses including SaaS agreements and distribution agreements
• IP and technology due diligence for corporate transactions and technology transfers
• Supporting clients across the life sciences industry

What they're looking for:

• 3-4 years of direct experience in intellectual property licensing and technology transactions
• Track record managing transaction components independently and working effectively in teams
• Background supporting corporate transactions in life sciences
• Strong academic credentials
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Bar admission in any state (or eligibility to obtain)
