Mid-level licensing associate with 3-4 years of relevant experience joining a top-tier firm's life sciences group. The position focuses on negotiating and drafting intellectual property licenses and technology agreements, with substantial involvement in transaction due diligence for corporate deals.

The work:

• Draft and negotiate patent, trademark, and technology licenses
• Structure joint development, collaboration, and strategic alliance agreements
• Handle software-as-a-service and distribution agreements
• Conduct intellectual property and technology due diligence for corporate transactions
• Support technology transfer review and IP asset analysis

What they're looking for:

• 3-4 years of direct experience in IP licensing or technology transactions
• Strong academic credentials with law firm background
• Capability to manage major transaction components independently
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Bar admission (or eligible to obtain promptly)
