Life Sciences & Healthcare Regulatory Associate, Multiple US Locations · Vault Top 20 Firm

Major law firm with active healthcare and life sciences practice is seeking a mid-level associate for one of nine U.S. offices. The practice represents hospitals and health systems, medical providers, healthcare technology companies, and life sciences companies ranging from large multinational enterprises to emerging drug and device manufacturers.

The work:

• Advising healthcare organizations on regulatory requirements and compliance matters
• Guiding life sciences companies through regulatory approval pathways and ongoing compliance
• Preparing regulatory documents, submissions, and legal analysis
• Conducting legal research and providing transaction support
• Partnering with specialists in litigation, investigations, transactions, and intellectual property on integrated matters

What they're looking for:

• Minimum 3 years of healthcare law background with experience representing hospitals and providers
• Licensed to practice in the relevant jurisdiction, or eligible for immediate admission
• Strong legal writing, research, and analytical abilities
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively across teams
• Strong academic credentials

Compensation: $260,000–$365,000 plus potential performance-based bonus.
