Associate attorney for leveraged finance and private credit transactions. Compensation $235,000–$310,000 based on experience.

The work:

• Draft fund documents, credit agreements, and ancillary documents for institutional lenders and borrowers
• Analyze transaction structures for private credit platforms, direct lending vehicles, and subscription credit facilities
• Support deal teams through underwriting, documentation, diligence, and closing phases
• Advise fund managers, lenders, and borrowers on financing structures and documentation

What they're looking for:

• Minimum 2 years of direct experience in fund finance, leveraged finance, private credit, or structured finance
• Strong legal writing and research skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with colleagues and clients
• Admitted to practice in the office jurisdiction
• JD from an accredited law school
