Leverage Finance Associate, Multiple US Locations · Finance Law Firm

Finance law firm with offices in New York, Chicago, and Charlotte is seeking leverage finance associates with 4+ years of experience. The role focuses on syndicated and club transactions, private credit sponsor acquisition financings, structured finance, CLOs, and fund finance. You'll work with bank and non-bank financial institutions on sophisticated financing structures.

• Syndicated and club financing transactions
• Private credit sponsor acquisition financing matters
• Structured finance and CLO transactions
• Fund finance and investment-related work
• Cash flow lending to bank and non-bank lenders

What they're looking for:

• 4+ years of substantive finance experience at a major law firm
• Track record on syndicated transactions and private credit deals
• Knowledge of structured finance products, CLOs, and fund finance
• Active bar admission in your preferred office location
• Strong deal negotiation and documentation skills
