A top-tier finance practice with strong Latin American market expertise seeks an associate with 3-5 years' experience for its Latin America-focused group. This position emphasizes cross-border project finance and M&A work serving clients with Latin American operations or investments. Spanish and/or Portuguese language skills are preferred.

The work:

• Project finance arrangements for Latin American markets
• Cross-border mergers and acquisitions
• Financing transaction documentation and structuring
• Deal negotiation and legal analysis
• Regional market-specific legal guidance

What they're looking for:

• 3-5 years of finance, corporate, or M&A law experience
• Background in project finance and/or mergers and acquisitions
• Fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese (preferred)
