A Vault Top 10 firm is hiring a Latin America corporate and M&A associate in its New York office. The work covers cross-border transactions connecting Latin American clients and markets with US capital and counterparties. Three to five years of experience.

The work:

• Run corporate and M&A deals across Latin American jurisdictions
• Advise on cross-border acquisitions, joint ventures, and investments
• Draft and negotiate transaction documents and manage diligence
• Coordinate with local counsel across the region

• Three to five years of corporate or M&A experience
• Exposure to Latin America transactions or clients
