A firm focused on venture and emerging-growth companies is hiring a mid-level corporate associate in New York for its Latin America practice. The work covers cross-border venture financings and corporate matters connecting US capital with founders and companies across the region. Spanish or Portuguese is central to the seat.

The work:

• Advise startups and investors on venture financings that cross the US and Latin America
• Handle corporate structuring for companies expanding between the two markets
• Draft and negotiate financing and corporate documents on cross-border deals
• Coordinate with local counsel across Latin American jurisdictions

What they're looking for:

• Roughly three to five years of corporate or venture experience
• Working Spanish or Portuguese alongside English
• Familiarity with cross-border transactions and the regional venture market
