Land Use Associate, Denver · AmLaw Global 100 Firm

AmLaw Global 100 firm seeking associate with land use and real estate development experience. The firm has substantial practice working with developers, landowners, and entrepreneurs on all phases of development, from acquisitions and financing to permitting and zoning approvals.

The work:

• Advising on land use and zoning matters
• Managing entitlement and permitting processes with municipal and governmental authorities
• Drafting land use applications, development agreements, and zoning analyses
• Working across industries including energy, aerospace, mining, hospitality, and outdoor recreation
• Supporting federal and state environmental compliance and permitting

What they're looking for:

• 2-5 years of experience in land use, zoning, real estate development, or related regulatory matters
• Experience with entitlement and permitting processes
• Demonstrated drafting capabilities with land use materials
• Colorado land use knowledge preferred
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Colorado Bar admission or eligibility for prompt admission
• Compensation: $210,000–$250,000 annually
