A Vault Top 10 firm's Orange County office is hiring intellectual property litigation associates, with particular interest in candidates with judicial clerk experience. Positions start in 2026 or 2027. The work centers on IP disputes and requires strong legal research, writing, and analytical capabilities developed through hands-on litigation work.

The work:

• IP litigation and dispute resolution
• Legal research, writing, and memoranda
• Client counseling and communication
• Motion practice and document drafting
• Court-ready case preparation
