Vault Top 10 firm seeks intellectual property litigation associates for offices in Los Angeles and New York. The firm maintains strong capabilities in IP disputes and technology-related litigation. This is a role for experienced practitioners; the firm does not consider law students.

The work:

• Represent clients in intellectual property litigation matters, including patent, trademark, and copyright disputes
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and memoranda
• Conduct legal research, factual investigation, and handle discovery
• Manage deposition preparation and trial support
• Work alongside senior attorneys on significant matters

What they're looking for:

• Minimum 2 years of IP litigation experience at a comparable law firm
• Strong academic record
• Understanding of IP law and civil litigation procedures
• Ability to manage multiple matters and meet deadlines
