The work:

• Manage patent prosecution in biotechnology, pharmaceutical, gene therapy, medical device, and digital health sectors
• Litigate patent disputes involving cutting-edge life sciences innovations
• Develop and analyze patent portfolios and competitive landscape assessments
• Guide patentability and portfolio strategy for early-stage companies and established corporations
• Work with clients across the IP lifecycle from counseling to prosecution to enforcement

What they're looking for:

• 2-4 years combined experience in patent prosecution and litigation
• Undergraduate degree in biology; PhD or advanced degree in life sciences strongly preferred
• Admitted to practice before the USPTO
• Expertise in biotech, pharma, medical devices, or digital health IP
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of collaborative teams
• Superior analytical and problem-solving capabilities
